Studio Hedera is a small software company in Nagano, Japan. Banto is our one product: it keeps cleaning, staff, guests and the paperwork in one place, next to the booking system an operator already uses.
What Banto does
Banto works alongside a property management system (PMS). Bookings come in from the PMS; Banto turns them into work for the team and a better stay for the guest.

Cleaning tasks from check-outs, staff schedules, checklists and photos, with apps for iPhone and Android.
Guest pages
Online check-in before arrival, the house guide, and arrival details once check-in is complete.
Guest inbox
Guest messages in one place, with AI-drafted replies that staff review before sending.
Lodging tax
Monthly figures and filing files for accommodation taxes, including Nagano Prefecture's.
